SHIPPING POLICY
1. Customer has option of collection through an arranged appointment
2. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. *Please note that once packages have left our facility and received by Aramex, courier guy, DHL or through postnet . Once you have received your tracking information, the customer has the responsibility to track, trace and communicate with the above companies regarding their package
3. Our standard shipping frame is between 3-14 business days (Monday to Friday and it excludes holidays) after 48 hours payment processing time. *Processing time is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses.
5.Toplevel hair will not be held accountable for any packages lost or delayed in transit.
